We reverse engineered how these natural materials work and we applied natural fabric softeners like baking soda, white vinegar, lavender oils.
The result ... drums ... ultra softened hemp fibers!
Hemp is a fiber that has been used for milenniums. Ancient Egyptians used it to make rope, textiles, fine linen, and sails.
Hemp is a naturally durable fiber that was widely used in textiles and shoes until it was banned in the 70s. Hemp is also naturally anti-bacterial and anti-microbial, breathable and comfortable, which makes it a great option to build footwear and underwear.
One of the great hemp properties is its insulation and temperature regulating properties. For that reason our shoes and our hemp socks remain warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
In order to develop these socks, we looked at our past and asked older people how did they softened their clothing before the detergent era. The answer was too obvious to believe: baking soda, white vinegar, lavender oils and other stuff that you probably have on your kitchen already. You are blown away, we know.
In other words we reverse engineered how these natural materials work and we applied it to our socks from scratch and the result is ... drums ... ultra softened hemp fibers!

By using hemp fiber, our socks fit into a whole new category. But there's more to it than it's fabric, as we like to innovate 360º when launching a new product. Despite the silicon anti-slip heel patch and the anti-bacterial properties of the sock, it's format was redesigned from the ground up to be ergonomic.
Besides Hemp (57%), in order to make the fabric stretchy we also added polyester (41%) and Spandex (2%).
Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons we don't accept returns and exchanges for the socks.
