Yes! Running shoes are perfectly fine for walking. In fact, their cushioning and flexibility make them very comfortable for everyday wear. Our running shoes combine eco-friendly materials with versatile design, so you can run, walk, or explore in sustainable style.
Are these waterproof? Are they breathable?
Our Hemp Running Shoes are not waterproof and they are very breathable.
For this model in particular we have not used a membrane and we have decided to keep a single hemp knit layer for extra elasticity and breathability.

We do not offer free returns in Canada, UK, Australia, NZ, Switzerland, Norway, but we are working on it.
Can I smoke the shoe?

Hemp is the sober cousin of marijuana, which means that it has no psychoactive components, less than 0.3% THC, which means that technically you are definitely not getting high. Now seriously, please note that smoking the shoe is not a good idea and might get you hospitalized.
