If we can build a great product with vegan materials then we can show everyone that it is possible to make superior products without having the need to exploit animals and the environment.

We chose HEMP, which is one of nature's greatest gifts. It is anti-microbial, needs no herbicides and almost no water to grow and it is also very durable. In fact, Hemp is so strong that Henry Ford even built a car out of it.
We are pioneers in hemp and our goal is to bring back this powerful natural fiber and make great vegan shoes for women.

What are vegan shoes for women?

Vegan shoes for women are made like other shoes, but the fiber is different. Common materials used in making shoes are cotton, leather, and polyester. However, hemp shoes are made from hemp fiber, which is one of the various ways hemp plants can be used.

At 8000Kicks we picked hemp because it is very durable, sustainable, anti bacterial, breathable, comfortable and we also made it waterproof.
Do women's vegan shoes last?

A women's vegan shoe is not inferior to a leather shoe in terms of durability. But its materials differ and the same way a cheap leather shoe will break easier, a cheap vegan shoe will also break faster. That's why our shoe is not cheap, because we have used quality componests to build it.

Hemp is very durable and it was used by Henry Ford to build some cars. Our hemp fibers are tested in the lab to guarantee nothing but the best durability and the best results, this guarantees total customer satisfaction, or a replacement pair if they break under 6 months.

Not all vegan shoes are waterproof.

8000Kicks shoes are waterproof because they were built that way. The outer hemp fabric has a bio wax coating that repells liquids from coming in, as well as a waterproof membrane that keeps liquids out no matter what.
How to clean women's vegan shoes?

Each vegan shoe for women should be cleaned in a different way depending on the materials they are built with.

Our shoes are made from premium hemp fibers and we recommend washing them dry using warm water, soap and a kitchen scrub. We do not suggest machine washing as it might damage the shoes ability to reppel water.
I am not sure which size to pick!

Every brand has their own system and sometimes even models from the same brand differ from each other. But here's how you can find your shoe size.

Select a comfortable pair of sneakers and look at the CM/JP number. That's their maximum fit in CM, therefore your feet will be smaller. Then go to the 8000Kicks table and look for a size with the same range.

What if the shoes don't fit?

We want to get you in a pair that fit right, and that you love wearing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of receiving your 8000Kicks to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Footwear must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, and in original packaging. All returns require a return authorization from 8000Kicks Customer Service. We reserve the right to require a photo of the footwear and unfortunately we can’t offer free return shipping.
Free Shipping and Returns?

We currently have free shipping to the US and EU.

We do not offer free returns in Canada, UK, Australia, NZ, Switzerland, Norway, but we are working on it.
Is there a warranty? Are they durable?

Unfortunately we don't have a warranty because shoes are subject to maximum wear and tear. However, from our experiences both our hemp and our soles have performed very well on our "torture" tests and we can confidently say that they are stronger than any branded sneakers in the same price range. We also tested over 10 types of different glues to find a perfect fit that would survive under the harshest conditions.

However, if for some accident or problem our shoes do not perform as expected, please contact us and we can deal with it and issue a replacement pair if necessary.
Can I smoke the shoe?

Do you really want to smoke our shoe? XD

Hemp is the sober cousin of marijuana, which means that it has no psychoactive components, less than 0.3% THC, which means that technically you are definitely not getting high. Now seriously, please note that smoking the shoe is not a good idea and might get you hospitalized.
Can I take this on a flight? Will police dogs come after me?

8000Kicks are 100% legal everywhere in the world. Our team has traveled to Italy, France, USA, Canada, Morocco, Portugal and many other countries without any issues. Hemp is the sober cousin of marijuana, which means that it has no psychoactive components, less than 0.3% THC, definitely not a drug. In some countries it is illegal to cultivate hemp, but it is 100% legal to buy and sell finished hemp products like soap, paper and apparel as long as it is produced abroad.
