When we started 8000Kicks, we had one vision in mind, to build the best-looking shoes made form as many natural materials as possible, and with 0 animal by-products. If we can build a great product with vegan materials then we can show everyone that it is possible to make superior products without having the need to exploit animals and the environment. We chose HEMP, which is one of nature's greatest gifts. It is carbon neutral, needs no herbicides and almost no water to grow and it is also very durable. In fact, Hemp is so strong that Henry Ford even built a car out of it.We are pioneers in hemp and our goal is to bring back this powerful natural fiber and make great vegan backpacks with hemp.

Comfortable Backpanel
No one wants to have a sweaty back, or a sore shoulder. That's why we have added a proper padding all around the back area and the sholder straps, with a breathable mesh linning to granatee aire veantilation and sweat reduction.
On the lower part of the mesh are we have added an anti-theft pocket that opens only from the back side to keep all your belongings safe.
Waterproof and Dustproof fabric
Our products should last through any adventure you want to take them on. With this vision, we designed a dual-layer protection system so they’re waterproof. The first layer is made from a water-repellant, wax-coated hemp fabric.
The second layer is a waterproof membrane that seals the water out. Because of these features, we guarantee our shoes and backpacks will give you the best experience possible on your adventure.

What are vegan backpacks?
Vegan backpacks, as any vegan product, are backpacks that are built without animal components. This includes leather, wool and also animal based glues, as they are made from animal bones.
Vegan backpacks are important because they imply 0 animal suffering and a lower carbon footprint.
8000Kicks products are totally vegan as hemp is a plant based fiber.
Do vegan backpacks last?
A vegan backpack is not inferior to a leather shoe in terms of durability. Materials differ and the same way a cheap leather shoe will break easier, a cheap vegan shoe will also break faster. That's why our backpack is not cheap, because we have used quality components to build it.
Hemp is very durable and it was used by Henry Ford to build some cars. Our hemp fibers are tested in the lab to guarantee nothing but the best durability and the best results, this guarantees total customer satisfaction, or a replacement if it breaks under 6 months.
Are vegan backpacks waterproof?
Not all vegan backpacks are waterproof.
8000Kicks backapcks are waterproof because they were built that way. The outer hemp fabric has a bio wax coating that repells liquids from coming in, as well as a waterproof membrane that keeps liquids out no matter what.
How to clean vegan backpacks?
Each vegan backpack should be cleaned in a different way depending on the materials they are built with.
Our backpacks are made from premium hemp fibers and we recommend washing them dry using warm water, soap and a kitchen scrub. We do not suggest machine washing as it might damage the backpack's ability to reppel water.
What if I don't like it? Refunds?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of receiving your 8000Kicks to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Products must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, and in original packaging. All returns require a return authorization from 8000Kicks Customer Service. We reserve the right to require a photo of the product and unfortunately we can’t offer free return shipping to some countries.
